How It Works

After your initial call for a consultation, arrangements will be made for a Property visit.

A thorough tour of the property, photographs will be taken, together with a running recorded report.

Then a short discussion with you to establish your needs and any special requirements, together with location and the type of purchaser the property should attract.

This will then be followed by a complete and indepth presentation drawn up, providing solutions and costs.
