Lyndsay was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. She is an avid Georgia Southern University football fan, a member of the Effingham Rotary Club, is named among Real Trends A. Lyndsay worked at Memorial University Medical Center in the Emergency Room prior to her career in real estate. Although she loved her time at Memorial, she decided real estate was her calling. Lyndsay moved to Effingham County in 2012 and still resides there. She is married to Chad Smith of Waynesboro, Georgia and they have a son that has a personality as bright as his red hair! Lyndsay is often recognized by her maiden name - Dumas.
Lyndsay and her husband renovate and restore homes in Effingham County in addition to their already busy careers.
Lyndsay was named “Effingham’s Most Fab Realtor” in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She was named in the “Top 20 Under 40 in Business” in both 2020 and 2021. Lyndsay was named in the top 15% of agents Nationwide in 2020 and in the top 1% of agents nationwide in 2021 — these are just a few of the accomplishments that Lyndsay has achieved during her career in Real Estate since 2015.
Lyndsay’s most significant honor (and the only one she loves to brag about) has red hair, freckles, and blue eyes. - Becoming a mom in 2017 is the highest honor that Lyndsay has ever received.
Mixing in motherhood with her busy real estate life and house renovation business creates a hectic schedule but it’s fun and messy and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Lyndsay loves spending time with her husband, son, and their very, very, very spoiled miniature goldendoodle (he even gets facials every week)!
Making sure her clients are taken care of and provided for is Lyndsay’s top priority. She will not stop until she knows her clients are satisfied!
